ALDR 4600/6600 Global Issues in Agriculture and the Environment – Spring Semesters

ALDR 4600/6600 introduces students to major global issues affecting agriculture, food systems, and the environment. Students examine how social, political, economic, ethical, and policy forces shape agricultural decisions worldwide. Through discussion, debate, and written analysis, the course helps students think critically about contemporary agricultural challenges and the leadership needed to address them. This course is taught in cooperation with BOKU University in Austria and Florida A&M University.
